TRYING TO MAKE SENSE, 2024-25
These large structures are built from wood, oil and acrylic paint, and waxed linen thread. Each painted wood component is stitched to the next with sturdy thread, creating a unified, dimensional form. Suspended slightly off the wall, the pieces are painted on the reverse with fluorescent color, casting a subtle glow that reflects onto the wall behind them.

PUSHING THE EDGE, 2024
This series consists of several drawings executed in charcoal and ink, created just before the body of work titled Trying to Make Sense. These works mark a transitional moment, where gesture, tension, and spatial curiosity began to intensify. The animated marks press against the borders of the picture plane—leaning, crowding, stretching, and testing the limits of their containment.

I DID WHAT I COULD, 2025
These intimate wall sculptures are made by stitching painted cardboard pieces together. Designed to hang in any orientation, they invite interaction to shift perspectives. The works hold the traces of the process: moments of tension, transitions, and the negotiations of bringing disparate parts into resolution.
ANAMNESES, 2019-2023
This series consists of painted and stitched cardboard. The pieced-together shapes evoke the language of quilts and the long history of textile traditions. Through the act of stitching, the work references domestic craft, repair, and the intimate labor embedded in handwork.
